Positive: Our suite was absolutely wonderful! It was roomy, comfortable and very well equipped! We were very pleased with everything about the hotel, from the valet parking to the entire staff. We definitely recommend Hotel Poza Rica Centro and absolutely hope to return soon!

Positive: It was spotless and spacious, great staff valet parking was amazing. Breakfast was nice.

Negative: I wish I had a view, but no big deal Like most Mexican hotels, there’s never enough plugs by the bedside for all of our gadgets
