Summary: Great hotel, lovely pool, lovely rooms with a fridge. Close to the airport, great for an overnight stay

Summary: Hotel is ideally situated for access to airport and overnight stay, room was comfortable and nice, have used few times before and would stay again. Unfortunately all food was only buffet style and not good, evening meal was really bad and vastly overpriced at €17, mostly poor quality and just warm ! In the past they used to have a menu evening meal which was pretty good! Would certainly not eat there again. Some of the staff were lovely but some should be sent to customer service school to improve their attitude to customers!

Summary: Great hotel ideal for a stopover before a flight and free secure underground parking when we were there. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner and bar prices very reasonable. It is located in the middle of a newish large industrial estate so no other bars or restaurants around without driving. Very quiet other than planes heading to Alicante airport to land; this obviously depends on wind direction. Clean modern bedrooms with walk in shower. Swimming pool was a bonus also. Like most Spanish hotel no kettles in the room.

Summary: I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Summary: Great location near the airport. Staff are really helpful. Upgraded gym, lovely salt pool. We've stayed here many times and the hotel never fails to please.

Summary: The staff were very helpful as we arrived late evening with tired twin toddlers. They helped with our luggage and kept our car seats safe in reception overnight. The food was lovely in the evening and at breakfast. I enjoyed my refreshing swim in the hotel pool in the morning. We caught a taxi from the airport in evening €16 and I will catch a bus to airport from outside hotel R11.

Summary: We arrived hungry around 16.30— on a 4 star hotel with a restaurant we expected to be able to eat. No they opened much later and nearest town is 25 min away(( And no possibility for room service either with any kind of food.. Bed in the room: I would NEVER expect a sofa blanket in my bed as blanket to sleep with so I went to the reception and asked for a regular cosy fluffy blanket but the answer was ”No I’m sorry but we don’t have them in this hotel” I was chocked and asked if this was a joke? No, it was the reality… So this hotel is NOT close to any 4 stars at all…
