Summary: I selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Alhambra site and it is within an easy walk. Checkin went smoothly, and although there was no onsite parking left the clerk provided directions on how to park in the Alhambra parking for the same cost.

Summary: The hotel itself was rather nice and all the service members I interacted with were very responsive and sought to help immediately. The room assigned to me (probably because I booked through Hotels.com) had a window that opened on an indoor covered patio. This means that the sun's rays never managed to come to my room. I left the hotel very disappointed as my room was rather stuffy and too hot. I tried the A/C, but it was blowing hot air, and that could not be changed as the hotel has a central system that was (for a few more days) set on heat. On top of it, my fridge did not work, and the TV was a mess (1/3 of the channels showed a grainy, snow-filled picture that regularly lost focus; for another third of the channels, the TV could not find the signal...). That left me, basically, with Spanish-speaking channels. Let's not mention the guests who loitered and spoke loudly close to midnight in the hallways. To be fair: breakfast was okay, the wifi was very good, and the staff was exceptional.

Summary: The property has a nice pool and a view of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good. The only note that others might want to know is that if you have car- check in first then move your car to parking lot two (P2). The parking costs 22 euros per day. If you plan to see the Alhambra you must book the tickets way in advance. At certain times of year, it is impossible to get a ticket upon arrival.

Summary: Great location, we were disappointed with our check in- they either didn’t have enough staff or too much paperwork for each person but we had to wait over half an hour to check in. Also breakfast was not up to par with many of our other places we have been in.
