Positive: This hotel was amazing! the kids were thrilled to sleep in a gallery room with glass floor. the staff was very very friendly, the room was amazing, the view and location is just unbelievable. it also included free wifi and breakfast....such a great value for money. everything was so great that we were sad to stay there only one night...

Positive: We had such an amazing and the most pleasant experience! It was so wonderful that we decided to extend our stay - that's how much we enjoyed it! This hotel is an absolute gem - great location, in the centrum of tiny Angera on the Lake Maggiore - wonderful views all day long, especially from rooftop terras of the breakfast restaurant. Just magnificent! Very clean, comfortable room, great bed and shower. There is also an award worthy restaurant that serves the most delicious food ever - I warmly recommend it to everyone. Furthermore, the staff of the hotel as well as the staff of the restaurant is incredible, they do their absolute best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and all-around pampered. Hotel offers free use of bicycles - convenient and such a lovely experience to leisurely bike around town and the lake. If you are coming by car - there are plenty of spaces to park in front - some free and some with extra charge. All in all - superb!
