Positive: The rooms were clean and very cozy. I stayed there in winter. The room was very warm.

Summary: Friendly staff, delicious coffee, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is parking, which is very convenient.

Positive: customer service, traditional nature of the hotel and especially the Poli Restaurant. I have travelled extensively to many countries and been fortunate to dine at some wonderful restaurants. I am well past pretentious food and restaurants, much preferring honest, local food. The Restaurant Poli is one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure to dine at. Thank you, we will be going our of our way to dine at your wonderful restaurant nest time we are in Emilia Romana.

Positive: The staff were really friendly, and interested about our stay. Especially a man with dark features and glasses. He helped us with a concert in a different city, even tho we didnt ask for help, because at that moment we didn’t even knew we needed it. But it was much needed, made our trip to the other city a lot easier! Hopefully his supervisor sees this, and at least gives him the good feedback.

Negative: The hotel was really nice itself, but the area not so much. I mean at least there could be one store close to the hotel, where you can buy beverages and other snacks etc.

Summary: Hotel staff made our stay enjoyable.
