Summary: Staff where professional and polite room was ok , but we asked for extra 2 pillows, they said they don’t have any left. Shower was disaster, shower head was broken and dirty and water keeps switching between hot and cold. We couldn’t take shower in the end.

Summary: We arrived late, with a plan to leave extra early. Nothing was too much trouble, they even arranged for us to have a breakfast to takeaway waiting at the bar as were were leaving before the breakfast room was open. Beds were surprisingly soft. Heating system was a little noisy though.
