Positive: The property wasn't a really cool tucked convenient location downtown easy to get to things and close to a 711.

Negative: The advertisement in the photo described in the pictures and inside of the elevators of the facility do not resemble what you would typically get within your stay. Our hotel had two beds. There were several stains did not look like the pictures whatsoever my tub no shower did not work only the retractable showerhead, which I just had to sit in and wash up and rinse the towels that were given were a bit small but that's OK. They came in and clean daily that was not a problem. In the beds were actually pretty comfortable.

Summary: Decent if you don't plan on spending too much time in your room

Positive: This room was great. It had a lot of table/counter space so we fit well. There was plenty of room to still move around once our suitcases were opened. Bathroom was big. Everything was clean and the staff that refreshed our room was very polite about our stuff. The location is awesome, it's in a really fun little district full of bars, restaurants and little bit of shopping. If you're not an adventurous American, you have a Starbucks and McDonalds on the same square. Convenience stores are peppered all around so anything you might have left at home can be purchased. There's also a bank that converts money right around the corner. The walk to the subway was about 8 minutes, and it's a main line (inner line) so you can easily get to anywhere you want quickly. The art is really cool and there's a lot to explore. The main tourist spots are 30-45 min away by subway and that's mostly because of spurts of walking (I'm fat and slow) and waiting on trains for transfers (usually 1-3 minutes). Communication with the staff both at the hotel and prior and after was fantastic. There was a gentleman that was fluent in English but the main lady that we ran into manning the Desk only spoke a little English but with the help of translation apps we had zero issue. I only mention this because it's important that English speak people understand that you need to learn Korean more than you think, don't be a rude American and expect everyone to cater to you!!

Negative: This was the first hotel we stayed in (and our favorite) so there was a bit of culture shock with the bathtub. We usually only do showers so figuring out how to bath with the shower cord and in the bathtub was different. This isn't anything on the hotel, just a different experience to expect.

Summary: Great location, very clean, very helpful staff.

Positive: One of the staff members was very helpful and supportive. And helped booking a taxi without any issues for a wheelchair.The room was good for wheelchair access. My son would say there was no smart TV and no YouTube channel 😒.

Negative: There was self check in and check out which was aweared and unconfortable as foreiner are not used of those ans there was no one at the reception to help. The room we're not clean daily and the staff were not phisially present at the reception downstairs every day which put us in difficulties as we wanted to ask things and could not. The doors were too heavy for a wheelchair user to open, and not having anyone there, I could not get into the building or get out easily. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, and it was difficult to regulate the shower hot and cold tab. There was no bathroom door, which was embarrassing when one of us had to go to the toilet. No smart TV and no YouTube channel 😢 for kids.

Summary: Needs some improvement and reconsideration
