Positive: Refreshing sea breezes, lush landscaping and the view of the sea accompanied by the soothing ocean waves crashing upon the beach —and this visible from my lovely room— were some of the reasons why this was an exceptional experience.

Negative: I would have loved that breakfast items were refrigerated or cooled as needed.

Summary: Elegant and genuinely refreshing- this hotel is delightful for any visit!

Positive: Rooms astonishingly clean, in spite of the nearby beach. Breakfast personnel very friendly and open-minded. Rich breakfast buffet with fresh coconut milk and fresh food (mango etc.). Friendly receptionists. Due to the rough Atlantic sea, there was no swimming possible in the waves. Instead, they had a pool with seasight, which was a good replacement.

Negative: The vegetarian choice in the evening restaurant was rather minimal. Nighttime swimming in the pool was not allowed (pool hours 8 - 18 h), but would have been nice, since the pool was colourfully lighted in the dark.

Positive: The intimate feel, proximity to the sea, variety of activities offered, food choices (fish straight from the boat), amazingly kind staff. This was a perfect refuge for a tired traveler I was.

Negative: This is a relatively property and palm trees have not yet grown to their full size. It will be even better in a few years. Some could complain about its being too casual but others (like me) would cherish its charms.

Summary: I feel rested and privileged to have found a place like this and meet Rémy, the resourceful and talented man who made it
