Positive: The place is lovely, perfect in so many ways. Your stay will be made by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they are lovely people, family owned for over 25 years. The food in the restaurant is also good, traditional local food.

Negative: The room is not modern spec, it is totally within keeping with the hotel, an old Covent, which we loved, but some may not, so don’t stay here and then moan about that, manage your expectations folks.

Positive: The position was perfect, a short walk to the main square. The view from the garden and the room was amazing. The staff on the whole was friendly and efficient. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Overall a very positive stay.

Negative: The windows in the restaurant were quite old, cold and draughty, especially if your table was nearby. Some of the decor could be refreshed a little.

Breakfast is great, more than enough ! Never had such a nice swimming pool as this ! mmmmyeah, we consider to come back if we are in the area !
