Summary: The staff did not provide a good customer service. Kitchen closes at 11am for breakfast and before 10:30am the staff pick up all the food and complained to my face that the breakfast buffet ends at 11am (it was 10:30am). Luckily a person who was not part of the staff noticed and called their attention, they immediately took out the buffet, but it was not worth it all, they were giving me a bad attitude. In other hotels, breakfast buffet will close at 11am or 11:30am and the staff will close their doors but will not remove the food until everyone is done and will accept their customers even 5 minutes before closing.
