Summary: The room is very standard with no air conditioning. Opening the windows at night to a noisy street is not a good option. Better places to stay in the area.

Summary: I am giving the hotel 5 stars because really the service goes beyond kindness - since we arrived we were treated with smiles and professionalism. The doorman was absolutely the best, handling all our luggage and taking it straight to the room. The rooms are good (so far this has been my favorite mattress/pillows combo) as well as the restaurant. I'm pretty sure the hotel got a recent upgrade and I have to say the bed/pillows are some of the best I have experienced so far in Bogota. Only downside, due to having a corner room my internet was slower than other locations around the hotel. Overall, a great experience, specifically for the price!

Summary: First time staying at this hotel and I had very excellent experience. The buffet was very good and they tried their best to make me feel welcomed. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful including reception, door happy helper, buffet happy helpers, and room cleaners. The location it is very safe neighbourhood near everything. The price also excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Summary: Everything was excellent!!! The people and service was phenomenal and they were always there to assist in any way. Restaurant was great, I arrived when food was almost gone but they were able to get some eggs done for me. The refrigerator in the room is just annoying, it keeps making a lot of noise throughout the night but that will not change the score I am giving

Summary: This hotel is 6 stars for service, 5 stars for rooms, and 4 stars for location. Everyone in the hotel was super helpful including reception, door happy helper, buffet happy helpers, and room cleaners. They tried their best to make me feel welcomed and happy. They had hot soup every day. There is free water (with zest of fruits) near the reception. The room is luxurious and very clean … TV, Safe, Fridge, mini bar, and coffee machine are all available. What I loved most about the room is the super comfy bed and many pillows (five). Two of the pillows were hard and two are soft. There is a table with chairs near the window which was in front of the park. Hot water comes quickly. Several towels. The two things to consider are: Wifi is ok but not strong, and room is very cold. Please bring one set of winter cloths. for location, it is very safe neighbourhood near a small park. There are 2 pizza shops 100 meter away from hotel. There is express Exito & burger near the park. Though, that is it … if you want more food or money exchange or shopping, you need to cross the many streets surrounding this neighbourhood … I walked in all directions. The shortest walk is heading north towards Calle 100 for several restaurants and Carulla (grocery). The best advice is use one of the two pedestrian bridges heading east towards Carrera 15 street which has everything: restaurants, western union (currency exchange), D1, shopping, cafe (try Azahar Cafe or Cafe Amor Perfecto), and famous Parque 93.
