Positive: I loved how the rooms were so quiet, but you could find life outside your door downstairs at the restaurant or bar. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were super clean. And, most of all, I love the nature vibe and clean energy of the hotel - rooms were appointed with natural wood decor and soft accents and outside was filled with beautiful flowers and trees. It was a bit of a haven in the middle of Santa Cruz. It was also walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Wharf!

Negative: I have no recommendations, everything was great!

Summary: Clean, comfortable and good vibes in a great location.

Positive: Modern decor. Clean and newly redone

Negative: Unexpected fee of $30 a night just to park in their parking lot. In a garage, ok, in their unfenced lot. A gouge for sure that was not listed on Booking.com and should be reimbursed. Also the pillows were like logs. Way too large and hard. Cool ambiance

Negative: Heating, Tv didn’t work; toilet seat loose, open light in shower. Not enough towels provided. The all glass front walls were also unusual and made privacy a challenge

Negative: Booked a suite and that was not available at check in. We were given two rooms with a connecting door. As a mom traveling with two kids, would have preferred a suite. Was told by front desk that Booking.com sold it, and it was not available.
