Positive: The women who welcomed us was great. Nice music in the evening and the area around was nice. The boat tour was worth the price.

Negative: Focagem was an expensive tour. The man who made drinks was stern and slow. Seemed to me unfriendly for no reason. It was hard to purchase drinks at a reasonable rate even for caipis.

Positive: The hotel is in an amazing location, far inside the Pantanal on a river, with wild animals and nature all around. Perfect to live the real Pantanal experience. They also offer some activities, we enjoy a lot the boat trip, where we could spot severals animals (tapirus, capibaras, an otters family, different acquatic birds, caimans...). The animals are really close to the structure anyway, you can spot from the hotel also.

Negative: Everyone was very kind, but maybe not very warming. The activities were enjoyable but the guy at the reception doesn't advertise much. For example, we discover the possibility of night safari only at dinner time, when was too late, even if we asked in the afternoon what could we do that day. So, just as a suggestion, ask yourself and don't wait they suggest you what to do!
