Positive: Location, plentiful breakfast options, pool (we didn't use it), nice atmosphere during breakfast time with Nicholas being super helpful alongside the young lass in the reception. Close to the Main beach area at Kalamitsi! Drinks prices are reasonable.

Negative: 1) Space could be bigger in the rooms to be honest...The Table / bench area in the room is in the way, so if you rush moving around the room, you will inevitably hit it... 2) We asked for a light blanket (as it's a bit chilly at nights in September some times...we got a winter duvet instead...It's worth for the property to invest in light blankets as they are popular in Greek Hotels, specially as it's a hotel in a remote area and gets chilly at nights sometimes... 3) Not everyone spoke Greek or even fundamental Greek (I mean, it's not an issue with me really, as i lived in Europe for 37 years most of my life and I speak a few languages anyway) but it's nice to be welcomed in my home country with people mastering the basics of my mother tongue...I understand most of the targeted visitor audience are non-Greeks...

Summary: B&B with a Lovely Pool and heartsome breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the Kalamitsi Beach!

Positive: The location is excellent — just a few steps from the clean and family-friendly Kalamitsi beach. The area is quiet, Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast, though limited in variety, was fresh and tasty. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

Negative: The rooms were much smaller than shown in the photos, which made it uncomfortable to stay indoors with a small child. There was no play area for kids. The bathroom water was dirty throughout the stay. Housekeeping was poor, and the staff responsible for cleaning had an unwelcoming attitude. Overall, the hotel feels dated and in need of renovations.

Summary: Not worth the 4-star rating despite the location

Positive: Very good location, just a few minutes to the beach and terraces. Free parking is nearby hotel with plenty of space.

Negative: The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom accessories were very fragile and some of them broken. The restaurant prices a bit higher, but compensates with fresh ingredients and good taste compared to the commercial places or terraces nearby.
