Summary: The hotel is very close to Venicia without the craziness. Room was great. Nice large shower with hot water. AC was very cold. Breakfast was larger then expected. Very good service.

Summary: This is not in Maestre,( Maestre is on the website) not even close to the train station. This is far from venice city center, hassle to get a bus , if you arrive on Sunday, you will have a problem. . Taxi to airport is £60. The aircon is useless. Its too hot that room even with the aircon. The room is spacious.
