Positive: The atmosphere, room, lobby, coffee, location, and staff - all great! The hotel was quiet and clean. We love the vintage vibe and decor. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows weren't super flat!

Negative: The parking lot is a little tight getting out. The bathroom had a dish holding a couple towels, and it was dusty with some hair there. The bathrobes were a bit small. Paying for parking seems like something that should be complimentary with the purchase of a room.

Positive: I absolutely love this hotel I stay here every time I stay in Sioux Falls. Great staff, beautiful rooms, beds are very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are an added bonus very COOL atmosphere.

Positive: It is a beautiful property with wonderful atmosphere. It is located by any places on Phillips that we enjoy going to. It’s become one of our favorite places to stay when we have doctors appointments in Sioux Falls.

Positive: Great location - walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. The bar/restaurant is really unique

Negative: The room was drafty and there is no desk in the room. There is also not a closet, only wall hooks for hanging clothes
