Summary: I always have a pleasant stay at Hotel Okura, no matter the location. The staff are consistently professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the on-site restaurant is both convenient and delicious. I was especially impressed by Marek, an English-speaking staff member who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage transportation. We’ve used this service at other hotels, but Hotel Okura truly stands out. All we had to do was bring our luggage downstairs—Marek took care of everything. In fact, if we had asked, they would have picked up the luggage directly from our room. The level of service was exceptional.
