Summary: The only thing not excellent about the property condition was that we struggled with the lock and door handle of our room. Mostly this turned out to be that the door was really stiff and you had to push hard. But it was evident that others had struggled with the lock also.

Summary: There was some water damage in the room and a bit of a musty smell. Room was super super dry! Bed in the middle of the room was weird

Summary: A decent basic hotel which was perfect for a one night solo stay near downtown Toronto. Quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was BIG which was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. They have tea and coffee in AM for guests. It is otherwise also used for private dinners and weddings. Suggestion: to have chargers near the bed so that guests can charge phone, watch etc. Another suggestion: Let guests know in advance that a physical credit card is required at check in for deposit collection purposes. A lot of people just use Google/Apple wallet and may not always carry cash/physical cards around.
