Positive: If you are okay with very simple facilities, this place has good price-quality ratio. But for 7€ of private room with own bathroom you can’t expect 5 star experience. Everything was old and the sheets had holes, but the accommodation did the job. The bathroom could have been cleaned better

Positive: Good location, near the ctm bus station and grand taxis. Near the centre of town. The second staff member we interacted with was pleasant and accommodating. The terrace was lovely, offering excellent views of the surrounding area.

Negative: The first staff member we met, who showed us to our rooms, was visibly angry and unpleasant. On our arrival, we weren't given towels, toilet paper, soap or properly checked in. All of that was taken care of much later, by the kind receptionist who we spoke to afterwards. The bathroom was dirty, had no running water in the sink and the shower barely worked. There was one functioning light in the room, which lit one bed, leaving the others in darkness. The room itself was fairly dirty. It was very cheap, which was appreciated, but even for what we paid, we expected a slightly higher standard.

Positive: The room was very cheap! I was travelling with a motorcycle and I was lucky enough they allowed me to park it in their storage room which was just big enough for one bike.

Negative: You get what you pay for, and the room was very, very cheap... The toilet was an old fashioned squat toilet with a bucket for drainage, so I used the communal "normal" one in the corridor instead...

Summary: Spartan, but okay if you are adventurous :-)

Positive: I got a good deal from K.. r for an upgrade with a private bathroom, then with a real toilet bowl . Great terrases with central views, hot water, rustic ... I got a great meal with the owner and his friends.

Negative: Everything in the room has some imperfection such as the smell of the toilet bowl, weak internet ..

Summary: So inexpensive, I should accept the Imperfections

Positive: The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Tinerhir. Excursions into the surrounding area as well as walks through the town and the souk are perfectly possible from here. The rooms are excellent and the terrace offers a wonderful view over the city. The staff are very courteous and friendly. They always ask how you are and whether you need anything. We were there during Ramadan and were invited by Karim to break the fast with his friends. It was a very nice experience. There is a typical Moroccan café and restaurant under the hotel where you can end the day very nicely. Many thanks to Karim in particular for his kind hospitality. We would love to come back. Positive: Staff is the best. Ismail was the best. He treated me like family. Everyone in that reception room is incredibly friendly. Everyone always wondered how I was whenever I'd come in. As a matter of fact, I got food poisoning from a restaurant in Ain Hini before I checked in. I didn't know... but it would be a very long two days. Ismail drove me to the hospital out of kindness. He had his wife make me rice out of kindness. And when I was better, I had lunch and tea with his family. That's the care you're under. Also, the WiFi is the best I've seen in Morocco. Bed was also comfy. Value is of the room and location is as good as it gets.

Negative: Not the cleanest.

Summary: Staff took care of me when I got sick.
