Positive: Very clean small property, with no extra amenities. Seemed overall in good condition. I feel this property was better than a lot of 3 star hotels and even some 4 star properties I've stayed at

Negative: The shower in my unit leaked, and there were bugs living in bathtub. (Bugs are to be expected in an area like this, and I didn't feel the room was dirty because of them)

Positive: The room looks very nice. Exceeded expectations for a motel.

Negative: There were too many flies. Like many (20+). I ended up spending like two hours killing them. I understand that it's a place with lots of flies, but I think something can be done to prevent the rooms to get full of them.

Positive: it was a good price in a good if remote location (as we were passing through), fridge in room and bathroom was ok, plenty of parking.

Negative: even though it was not expensive i thought the bed was very uncomfortable ( 4 hours sleep in total). new mattress definitely needed. place was very dated and in need of tlc.
