Negative: Even after confirming my arrival and made payment. They allotted the room to other guest as I reached the hotel by late 4 am morning . They called many time for my confirmation and I made it clear about the time of arrival. Still They acted like this and said all rooms are occupied They alloted the room after I complain still room was not one I selected and not in proper conditions

Negative: They haven't changed the pillow covers until asked, the room was stinking and even they didn't broom. The bathroom commode panel is not there at all.
