Positive: Good size clean and comfy family room with two en-suites, large balcony with stunning views. Helpful, friendly, attentive staff, making you feel welcome. Restaurant offers rich breakfast and pre-ordered dinner, including a starter, two main courses and dessert (our little one appreciated kids menu a lot). Bar provides a good range of drinks and snacks throughout the day. The SPA area was clean, warm and cosy. There is a warm pool with a jacuzzi, saunas, and a relaxation area. Kids and dad loved playing ping pong and pool (both tables looked brand new). There is also a wine cellar, but we did not use it). The hotel is at the top of the mountain and there is plenty of paths to explore. Also nearby (450m) there is a nice pizza place open throughout the day. Overall - we really enjoyed staying in this hotel and it’s an absolute gem of this area.

Positive: The location and the restaurant. No need to take the car to go hiking

Negative: Bed not comfortable for 2 people Very poor light in the room. No reading light on one side !

Positive: Great staff: kind and informative communication, and I appreciated their flexibility to support changes in my travel plans. The breakfast is fabulous, with something for everyone. Dinners were delicious. I was visiting for an athletic competition and appreciated all the tasty, healthy options. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Positive: Very nice location with a beautiful view at the mountains. Super friendly staff. We were even allowed to sit down at the restaurant with our dog in a separate area.

Negative: Unfortunately, the pillows could have been better. We had a two-level family room, and our children complained that there was not enough ventilation upstairs.

Positive: The location was great! We had a room on the third floor with amazing mountain view! Outside of the hotel was a beautiful terrace and nice tour walks towards the mountains. Nature was magnificent! Spa was good, two sauna, turkish bath, relaxing area and the pool with warm water. Parking was accessible and free. The staff was friendly and polite.

Negative: The breakfast options could have been more. The pillows in the room were not very comfortable and there was not many space to keep your stuff, such as a wardrobe. The water in the pool was ok, but I expected in the area of hydromassage to be hotter water. Couldn't stay long inside. Sometimes late night was noisy due to the drifting cars on the road just in front of hotel.

Positive: The location is great and the room was very clean. The staff were also all friendly. However, the rooms are NOT soundproofed. We heard everything from the neighboring room, especially when the toilet was in use. :( We could also hear everything from the hallway and stairwell.
