Summary: It’s a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff are very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the fact that the bathrooms had a nice sized bath tub. We’ve stayed here in the past and will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Hotel itself was very nice. Staff were excellent. Meals and drinks were great. Room was small but clean. Air conditioning unit to cool the room was mediocre. Would liked to have been closer to a downtown nightlife. Overall the place was very good and if we came back to Palmeira or had our friends/family stay there we would recommend the hotel.

Summary: Location is beautiful and staff caring and professional but the facilities need urgent renovation. The air conditioning was not working and the heat was unbearable. We decided to cancel the rest of our stay and move to other hotel as the heat wave made it impossible to remain in our room . A real pity.

Summary: we were only there one night while passing through the area. beautiful location by the ocean with its own beach and deck with cabanas with a great view. the room was a bit small, and the air conditioning did not work very well - we had to turn it all the way down to get it to kick in. very friendly and helpful staff though, and they have bike rentals to ride along the boardwalk.
