Positive: The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although most of the cleaning ladies didn't understand the language. The beach was clean.
Negative: Our room was not very well cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners, lots of ants on the floor, dead bugs on the armchair, dried food on the bedspread. Towels are not changed unless you specifically ask. Another inconvenience is the long queues in the restaurant during meal times. The food was not always fresh and varied enough. Although it is claimed that an umbrella and a sunbed are provided for each room, in practice this is not the case. There are signs everywhere that it is forbidden to reserve them by leaving towels, but from 6 am all places are "reserved" and no one monitors compliance with the rules. Several times we had to pay in the paid area due to lack of places. When we complained, they told us to just remove the towels if there were no people and if there was an attempt at a fight, to report the offenders to the beach officials. However, they did not do their duty and one day they even sent people to fight with us, which is unacceptable.

Positive: - Great location of the hotel, on the beach, close to the bus station and the center of the city - The sea view from my room was spectacular, I spent hours just sitting there and watching the water - The lobby bar offered amazing cocktails and ice cream - The animation team was great - we had so much fun at the pool and at the kids area! - The hotel has a great private beach with enough space for everyone
Negative: - The facade of the hotel is really outdated - The food was very tasty, but it could be more varied - The hotel doesn't have its own swimming pool and uses the Elica hotel swimming pool, which was nice, but with very old sunbeds

Negative: Oh my god i paid for the allinclusive and i did not eat nothing the food was a nghitmare, the food was all the time the same bad things breakfast lunch and dinner,the drinks are mixed with water,cakes keep coming the same too with no taste never had this bad experience on a holiday 🥲🥲
