Positive: Comfortable bed and outdoor pool. Classic breakfast. Right in the center. Spacious, free hotel parking.

Negative: There was not the information that there are two buildings and that my room is not in the main building, which means that getting to the main building - breakfast, pool, etc. is via an underground connection. The description mentioned that there (my room) is a view of the mountains, but in reality it is of the opposite house and if you go out to the balcony, then you can see the mountains above the opposite house... There was no possibility to make tea or coffee in the room.

Positive: Beautiful hotel with kind staff. Excellent breakfast with a great selection of everything. Half-board also available. Close to city center of Mayrhofen. Indoor heated pool + outdoor heated pool with terrace

Negative: Family room just above the hotel bar with DJ’s till midnight 🫣

Positive: We enjoyed the food and the alternative menu options. Breakfast, is exceptional. The spa and roof top pool are delightful although the roof top pool was too chilly for a few of our group. Fantastic boot store area. Robes and slippers are provided to use whilst you stay along with the basics to wash with. Towels are provided for the rooms are large and you have use of large pool towels as well.

Negative: Our party had three rooms which were across two different buildings. The church bells ring out VERY loud from 06.30am until 11pm each day. Pillows in the room are so thin even doubled up.

Summary: Perfect hotel in so many ways, location is short walk or a 2 min bus ride to the Penken lift
