Positive: The breakfast was awesome, as well as the service for breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with everything, from getting us a taxi, to arranging excursions and giving us information when needed was exceptional! Thank you! Cleanliness of the entire hotel is supreme.

Negative: Even though the rooftop bar is convenient, it's unfortunate that you can't charge drinks to the room. And it's a little expensive. It would be nice if there was more than one soaking tub, many times we couldn't use it because others were in it.

Summary: Staying for the first time on Ischia, Hotel Nettuno was a great place to land.

Positive: Nice location, enjoyable breakfast, kind stuff, very good facilities, excellent holyday spent there. Superb terrace on top with nice view and pool. I will return as soon as possible.

Negative: Nothing to dislike, everything in good order at least to match my expectations.

Summary: Everything was at least as expected. It definitely worth staying there. I would return anytime.
