Summary: Jonathan the Conceirge was incredibly helpful and so was Mia at the front desk. They both provided incredible help getting around the city and we only made our plane because Jonathan recommended we take a taxi vs. Uber. They also gave us terrific restaurant recos. Highly recommend this hotel which has recently been renovated.

Summary: First and foremost the staff and especially, the concierges were outstanding with absolute focus on attending to the clients EVERY need/question…with warm greetings each time they saw us… The room should be defined as quiet elegance !!! Soft lighting…crisp…yet, smooth high quality bedding… Heated bathroom floors and toiletries special to the hotel.. I will recommend this fabulous hotel whenever I discuss my Christmas holidays adventure of 2025 and will only stay there upon return travel !!!!!!
