Negative: Interior was full of cosmetic damage on walls, (holes in the wall near door) paint missing, doors of kitchen cabinets did not stay open despite catches. Lift broke on last day so had to carry suitcases down three stairs. Staff on end of messaging were very responsive but the local maintenance team were either not engaged to make sure property was in good condition or the owners did not want to invest.

Positive: We loved this accommodation. Lucky to book it last minute for our stay in Montreal. Location is just a short walk from Notre Dame Basilica and was perfect for access to Old Town Montreal. Very clear instructions (although the elevator requires an additional security code not just for weekends as advised but also for after hours during the week....no real issues as we quickly worked it out). Great coffee maker and plenty of coffee which was much appreciated. Great linen and extra towels were provided. All appliances were in first class condition and it was lovely to have washing and laundry liquid provided. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Positive: This place is nearly perfect! The space is gorgeous, perfectly furnished, the bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable, and it had just about everything we needed. Also very conveniently located to Old Montreal and just above a fabulous breakfast/brunch spot.
Negative: The half bathroom door didn’t close probably and the upper part of the full bathroom window can use an extra covering. Neither one was a big issue though.
Summary: Nearly perfect. I will be looking for this place if I return to Montreal.

Positive: Great location and size of the apartment was great for our group of friends.
Negative: Both the dishwasher and Microwave didn't work. We notified the hosts through the chat and never got any update as to if they were going to fix them. We had two toddlers with us, so we ended up having to do a lot of washing.
