Summary: Beds were comfy and the pajamas were nice as well! One awesome thing was the Family Mart in the lobby! The shuttles to the train station, mall and airport was very helpful!

Summary: The overall stay was very good. The only low point I had was with the shuttle bus to the airport. The driver was very rude. He kept indicating my luggage without explanation but was getting frustrated that I didn't know what he wanted me to do with it. Finally, he yelled at me to just put it down. I was shocked by the way he addressed me as I was doing my best to follow what he was trying to communicate. He asked me what terminal I was going to and when I asked for a moment to get that information, he demanded again and then turned to his coworker and said "She doesn't know the terminal." in a very belittling way. His tone and manners changed eventually but not soon enough to help me recover from the shock of being treated so rudely. I understand that getting travelers to the airport on time can be a stressful position especially when communication is an issue, but kindness is free and translates across languages.

Summary: Hotel is nice but even though we got the nonsmoking room and was in a separate annex/building, the whole place still reeks cigarette smell. Breakfast was good and vicinity is conveniently located to a lot of places (shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, etc.) besides than the airport. It was just a 1 nigh stay so it was good enough

Summary: The shuttle bus was easy to catch at the airport and it ran on time. The same in the morning. Check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is clean, but it is showing some wear and tear. In many places in the hallway the carpet was torn or thin. In the room there were a lot nicks and scratches in the wallpaper.
