Summary: The hotel feels like a house was turned into a hotel and adds a different cozy flair to it. Pros: The staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Area also felt safer compared old Quito city. Room was spacious. Cons were many: Bathroom door did not lock No hot water was in the bathroom. No heater in the room. TV didn't have any running channels to watch. The furniture e.g. chair & desk felt dirty and old.

Summary: The hotel was clean and everyone was very polite. There is good eating nearby. Our only problem was the water heater didn't work very well in one room. The water heater worked perfect in the second room. The breakfast was small but it was all fresh and good.

Summary: The service was excellent clean room and breakfast was good Álvaro was kind and very respectful ,friendly and hard working young man I was satisfied and happy for everything.

Summary: This was hotel was in a great location. There were a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. I also felt safe walking around at night. The hotel staff were exceptional in assisting us with our needs, most especially Richard who was around every time we needed something.
