Summary: Great location with views across the valley & beyond to Cayambe volcano. Room spacious and clean, breakfast very good & dinner was also excellent & reasonably priced. Staff always on hand to help if needed. The heated swimming pool is a bonus, a gym if you want more exercise. 10 minutes in a taxi to the historic centre & botanical gardens. A great stay

Summary: We have stayed here around Easter time each year over the last four years & haven't been disappointed. The location is stunning, the staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was great with so much choice, the occasions we had dinner, the food was excellent & not expensive for a hotel of it's stature. The heated pool & facilities, gardens were a pleasure to enjoy. Being 65 years old the hotel is a little dated, but there are signs of updating underway, but this wouldn't deter us from staying there in the future. The bedrooms are spacious & the housekeeping is very good.

Summary: A great welcome, room spacious and clean, great views across the valley. Breakfast is great with a wide choice of hot & cold food. We had dinner in the hotel on occasions, excellent choice, quality and quantity. The hotel has a lovely heated pool, gym facilities with very good changing facilities. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always on hand if you need anything. This is our fourth stay at the hotel & would choose it on future occasions. The only slightly negative, is the appearance of the hotel is tired, but I believe arrangements are being made to redecorate.
