Summary: Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff made phone calls to make pick up / bus arrangements Views from the onsen or public spa (sauna or natural pools) are insane, loved the experience. It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful

Summary: This is a beautiful hotel set up on the hill above Lake Yamanaka with a gorgeous view of My Fuji (when not raining)! We only spent one night, but would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and comfortable, the building was clean and maintained, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic!
