Positive: Host so kind and fiamiliare aleayes ready to help..The whole hotel is great organized from clean and climatized rooms to great brekfest, coffee eith the grear staff. Additionaly the location is great. You realy need to feel kidnes and histality of this hotel.

Positive: The location is great for those, who want a relatively quiet place near the beach. Also, within a 3 minutes walk, one of the Metromare stations can be reached and from there in arround 10 minutes one can travel to the centre of Rimini. The staff is very friendly, breakfast and dinner were tasty (with various options to choose from), rooms are cozy and cleaned every day. Our stay was amazing and we would definately choose to stay here if we travel to Rimini.

Positive: The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Negative: Unfortunately the walls are too thin you can hear your neighbors( On the bright side, it was the end of the season so there were only few people at the hotel.
