Positive: The suite is grand and comfortable. Their advantages are in front of the Beaches and very close to the restaurants, but it isnt noise. The receptionist was very kindly and helpful. I recommend it for the families.

Positive: The pool was gorgeous and the apartment we had had everything we needed. The location is wonderful, just one minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It is right on the main strip so it is noisy but once the windows and doors are closed it is quiet. The best thing for me was the staff. Every person we met was kind, caring, efficient and wonderful to deal with. They are so professional. We had reason to attend a doctor and the hospital and they were brilliant, walking us to the doctor (around the corner) and organising taxis to the hospital. The staff were fabulous.

Negative: The only thing I could think of was that the apartment we ordered was not the one we received - it did sleep the amount of people we needed but not the configuration we needed. However, the staff moved us the next day to the right apartment and were so helpful. The new apartment was perfect and the staff were so lovely and helpful and solved the problem immediately. I would have liked a coffee machine in the apartment (that's just me though).

Summary: Brilliant staff, amazing location (close to everything), and gorgeous pool.
