Summary: Convenient to airport but otherwise unpleasant. First room was ridiculously small and incredibly basic. Not consistent with photos. Asked for upgrade which they were very nice about but only slightly better. We had a very early flight so stayed about 12 hours only but would have changed hotels if we had to spend more time there. Best part are the stairs from the photos. They are beautiful but the rest of the hotel needs a renovation.

Summary: Hotel is conveniently located in the city within walking distance to restaurants and the forum mall. Beautiful views of the canal and the city. Rooms were someone what dated but very clean. The staff is professional and extremely friendly/helpful.

Summary: I cannot express my gratitude to this hotel and their staff. Especially the manager. We arrived the day of the blackout and even they had no electricity they managed to have a plan to let us check in. They went above and beyond. Breakfast amazing!!! You will not go wrong staying here. Very walkable.
