Summary: The only 2 things, room was very hot day and night, and they are not ready for power outage, if they're able to do something about this I would definitely come back to stay again...

Summary: We were a little bit sceptical about this hotel because it is relatively new - but we loved our stay and would recommend it! The staff is very kind and helpful; the hotel has recently introduced free breakfast coffee, which is delicious and made to order. It is very well located to the centre of San Juan and it has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. It’s clear that the staff are still working on improving the hotel but there is no active construction going on right now. The shower was not very hot, and did not drain very well, but otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The hotel itself was lovely, but our door was hard to close. You had to really slam it for it to lock. It would have been nice to have coffee and breakfast available in the morning. I had to go out and try to find coffee in fhe morning. Most other places in the area offer free breakfast included in the price of the room. Otherwise it was nice.

Summary: This is a nice new hotel in San Juan, and very reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the area feels very safe and full of locals. It's a short walk into town or down to the pier. The rooms are large with nice high ceilings and you can sit out on wicker rocking chairs to enjoy the outside. No biting bugs due to altitude so you can relax! It would be nice to have a few hooks in the room to hang towels, coats etc.
