Summary: Beautiful hotel! We visited over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were fantastic! Although there was a language barrier, everyone was friendly and really made an effort to make sure our needs were met. The hotel isn’t in the best location but you can easily walk into town and the hotel provides a shuttle to the ski resort and train station. Our room was huge! Even by American standards.

Summary: I have no time to walk around the hotel but the hotel room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The only setback is that there is no elevator in the hotel but the staff helps to carry the luggage. There is a shuttle which on your request at any time (not sure until what time at night) give you a ride to the train station. 20 mins walk to the Old Street.

Summary: The night staff cannot speak English fluently. It is hard to communicate if encountering issues. Overall is good, have pick up service from JR station. The breakfast is wonderful as well.
