Positive: I liked that the hotel was reasonably priced and conveniently located near the ring road, with good basement parking and clean, well-functioning lifts. The room was cozy, the bed was clean and hygienic, and the Android Smart TV was a nice addition.

Negative: The room had poor ventilation, and the walls were dirty and unkempt. When I arrived, the garbage bag had not been replaced, and I had to request water and a towel. There was no soap available for handwashing, and the toilet had not been flushed when I first opened it. The AC and geyser were turned off externally by the staff and were not switched on before my check-in, so I had to ask them to turn on the AC. The TV remote had low batteries and did not work until they replaced them after I reported it. The internet was the most disappointing part—there were no WiFi signals in my room at all. Interestingly, the TV was connected to a different WiFi network that was not provided to guests for use on their phones or other devices.

Summary: Good for solo travelers, but not recommended for families or business stays.
