Positive: The staff is very organised and very friendly, every part of my stay was excellent, they have all the servyyou need in the house, you don't even need to worry about laundry dry clean shoe polish food bar groceries everything they have got covered, it's a great place to relax, I was there for an exam and all my headache about stay and arrangements was taken care by the hotel, water pressure in shower was just perfect, bathrooms were clean

Negative: Only thing I didn't like was the pool, a lot of birds were drinking water from the rooftop pool and ut was not heiginic, they need to install a net of some kind, they really need to improve the rooftop pool

Positive: Everything especially the person handles the restaurant whose name is Karthik his caring was outstanding.

Negative: I was very happy but got disappointed when I want to reduce one day of my staying from my total three days of staying. The person told me it’s not possible to adjust my advance payment to my restaurant bills which was almost more than my advance payment. Unfortunately I lost one day’s rent for early checkout which was more than 24 hours.

Positive: Room was decent, Cleanliness could have been better though was ok. The staff were courteous and smiling.

Negative: Hotel was changing rates on Booking.com and last day it was available at a nearly a 50% lower rate than what I initially booked. Their AC was switching off every time you left the room making it very hot when you came back in.

Summary: Decent place to stay when you are visiting the Jaipur Convention Centre - pretty close to it
