Summary: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just around 20-minute ride by direct bus from Venice Piazzale Roma, the main station. Around the hotel, there are several coffee and pizza shops, along with a Lidl supermarket, making it very convenient.The bus stop is just a 2minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and super clean, and the bathroom was excellent too. I particularly loved the balcony.The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding, and the staffs are friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Venice. Highly recommended!

Summary: The hotel is under new ownership so it had new furnishings. The pillows weren't very nice and the towels thin, but the blockout curtains worked well. There were people arguing a couple of rooms down during the night. The local boys used the hotel corner as a hang out area, they were not a problem but didn't feel comfortable. Make a lovely coffee.
