Positive: The apartment is very well located only half an hour by bus from Venice, a bakery and a couple of small shops just outside, plus a few restaurants a few minutes walk away. The bus stop is well served even during holidays. Having two bathrooms is incredibly useful for large families, and the kitchen is equipped with everything one may want during holidays... The house looks very recently renovated, with good taste and quality appliances and fittings. It was spotless when we got the keys, and all the necessary is provided to keep it in good order. The landlady is responsive and kind, always available to provide help and suggestions.

Negative: There was honestly nothing to complain about.

Positive: The apartment was very well furnished and beautifully decorated, amazingly proportioned. Bathrooms were well appointed and designed. Lots of storage in the bedrooms, very comfortable beds and sofa. Everywhere was so clean and spotless. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop into Venice, with a small grocery store and bakery a little further away.

Negative: Few things missing in the kitchen, but we were able to prepare what we wanted. There were too many light switches etc, more complicated than needed. The location is a little far out, closer to the airport but still 10€ person to get there, for a less than 10 minute drive!

Positive: Best host i’ve ever met! So kind, sweet and helpful. Thanks to her again! It feels like this apartment was designed not for rent, but for the owners themselves to live in. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and well-maintained, with brand-new, high-quality furniture and equipment. It’s completely different from any other apartment I’ve rented before — no expense was spared during the renovation, and I truly felt at home here.
