Positive: We are a short drive from historic Ortona and the service and friendliness is impeccable . Delicious woman style pizza for lunch. Excellent food . Excellent service .

Negative: Do need a car or taxi to visit historic Ortona but to stay on beach it’s wonderful .

Summary: Can’t wait to go back . This is our 4th stay and it gets better every time we go back.

Positive: Breakfast could be improved. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra but it would be nice if you served say scrambled eggs, and bacon or sauciges

Negative: You should make it clear in your advertisement that superior rooms does not necessarily mean that you will end up with an ocean view. When I got there I was very disappointed that my room did not face the ocean. Had I not already paid up front I would have left after one nights stay. It seems unfair that you get paid upfront and I have no recourse if I don't like the room you assign. For me I believe you should be up front about the room view. Other than that I did like everything else about the hotel.

Positive: We stopped for an afternoon of rest and overnight on a road trip. The hotel and staff were very nice.

Negative: I found it surprising that pool towels had to be rented for 5 Euro a day. As international travelers, we don't travel with our own towels and would not since there is nowhere to wash and dry on a road trip. I would prefer a deposit so that the hotel is covered for theft, but guest can still have service. The whole reason for being in the hotel is to swim and be on the beach.... There was also no info on booking that the pool required bathing caps. This could be useful information. The biggest reason we would not return is that the train runs all night every 30 minutes and it kept my husband awake all night.

Summary: Nice place, too bad trains run 100 meters away all night.

Positive: Everything wonderful. The beach, staff, food, comfortable rooms with a spectacular view of the ocean . We are lucky as we were here off season so very few people here.

Negative: A bit far out of town but worth it for the beautiful beach.
