Positive: Lovely sea view from the roof veranda and from the room's balcony. All you need on the inside - two rooms small kitchen and big sitting area. Free parking.

Negative: The place from the outside seemed a bit unkept - needed some paint maybe? Maybe because it was low season - and Italians maybe wait until high season to get everything in order? The photo's seemed a bit more neat and upclass - but otherwise everything was lovely - can't complain.
