Positive: amazing breakfast options at the buffet. clean and shiny room and common places. the reception provides a wide variety of things if you need (shaving accessories, toothpaste)

Negative: in my room 21 you could hear the tram from the street, which during the night was a bit disturbing

Positive: Good location, no far from metro and directly on the Tram station, at the same tíme, walking distance from the downtown. Spacious suite, we got even 2 bathrooms for a family. Very tasty breakfast with vast choices. Friendly staff, All speaking English. Hotel gym is Well equipped and relatively spacious. Hotel Has it's len atmosphere, is equipped with antiques which I personally liked.

Negative: The rooms on the ground floor are affected by the tram - one Can hear it and see it in a shaking chandelier. The hotel spa might be great, but we have not tried it - 45 eur / person / hour seemed a little overpriced.

Positive: Cleanliness.

Negative: It was difficult to get to the room due to the room numbering. Also the room has a strong distinct smell that triggered my asthma so I had to use my inhaler several times. Also no noise cancellation because I could loudly hear the team and other traffic. The bed being upstairs meant the risk of falling because the stairs were stip.

Positive: Nice hotel as such, comfortable ved, really nice garden area

Negative: One of the reasons why we chose this hotel over others (cheaper) options, was that it had very prominent pictures in it's description of a pool/spa etc. We then found when we arrived that we need to pay for those services extra, which is quite deceiving. Additionally, the breakfast costs 35 euro per person, which is quite a rip off. It was a nice breakfast but in other similarly priced hotels wr recently been to the cost was half and the quality of the breakfast even better.
