Positive: They let me check in early with no issues and also called me a taxi to the bus station when I was leaving. Spotlessly clean room, air con, good shower.

Negative: The pillows were rock solid!

Positive: Loved the huge airy rooms, the high ceilings and the antique furniture. Staff were very helpful. Great location in the centro historico.

Positive: Huge rooms with raised ceilings, exposed beams. Large bathroom and shower. Small balcony looking out over the street. Small mini-fridge and iron/ironing board if you need them. Excellent A/C. The location was a block away from the gastronomic corridor (C59). Two blocks away from the main square and cathedral. Plenty of food, shopping and attractions within walking distance.

Negative: Second stay. Room 2 is on the second floor and facing the street. Street noise is loud, but tolerable. The adjoining wall is super-thin, obviously not the normal concrete. People talking in the next room reverberates and sounds as if they are in your room. It's very loud, loud enough that we had to complain to the front desk. We've never had to do that. Fortunately for us, we only had neighbors for only one night. For what we paid, we probably will not go back. We're not sure how many rooms have a similar problem.
