Positive: Excellent location for a family: all about it is fit for families with children of all ages. Playground indoor and outdoor, room with playful additions, kids friendly meals etc...

Negative: Check-out is relatively early (10am) and late check-out needs to be planned the night before, which is not always possible. We had a check-in through a piece of paper left on the counter - with even the wrong floor mentioned (even though we arrived before end of checking-in timing)... Hence no possibility to agree on a late check-out that was not allowed in the morning.

Negative: The views from the rooms were not great as it is near a railway line and motorway.

Positive: Great atmosphere, kind staff, and great food. Room and facilities are of high quality and very velcoming.

Negative: Nitpick, but the room/apartment was quite hot (26-27*C), and no aircon. We need to open more windows next time:) We will gladly come back.

Summary: A pleasant stop on our way home from Italy. We took the day to enjoy the place with our kids.

Positive: Pleasantly surprised by the location, booked last minute and so glad we did. Only stayed the night but the apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean and well presented. Staff were great and so helpful. Would definitely stay again and for longer.

Positive: Beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and great amenities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool area and indoor play area was perfect to entertain our boys. Breakfast buffet was great. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. A true gem.
