Positive: Arrived late after a long drive and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with and a real credit to the hotel.

Negative: Nothing not to like, on a very minor point took me a while to get the room cooling working but probably more about me than the hotel ;-)

Positive: Room was excellent. Close to facilities and motor way Very comfortable bed Breakfast was OK, but need to improve on espresso cafe was like water

Negative: The restaurant and service Tables left dirty after customers finished an left Pizza not cooked Dough raw cheese just dumped on top. Mushrooms frozen or from a jar not cut up. They need to get on top of this as it could be a very good restaurant with the right staff Have to re ask for a glass.
