Summary: Good location nearby the highway. Superb house and a good pool and jacuzzi. Supermarket within 5 minutes and lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. Communication with Luca was very pleasant and full of advices and suggestions around Luca/Pisa. We will come back! Thank you Luca and Manuela for a fantastic experience 😘

Summary: Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the late night BBQs next to the pool. The house is perfect for 2-9 people. If you would like a relaxing holiday with privacy and luxury this is the perfect spot for you!

Summary: Excellent villa good sized and well equipped. Lovely pool and outside area with added bonus of hot tub set in well maintained gardens. Luca and Manuela made us feel most welcome from the time we arrived and are excellent hosts nothing too much trouble. Shops and restaurants within 5min drive catering for all our needs. Villa location great for sightseeing Pisa, Florence, Lucca, San Gimgnano & Siena all within driving distance. Would recommend this villa and would definitely visit again . Thank you again to Luca , Manuela and family.

Summary: House is very new and well stocked parking is great and you have a private driveway with an automatic locked gate. Luca was a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions we had. Will stay again if I’m the area.

Summary: The house is ideal for 2 families. A lot of space inside and outside. We enjoyed a nice holiday. Shops are just 5min away so anything we needed was a short drive away.

Summary: Returned from our 2 week break in this beautiful part of Italy. The villa is excellent with lots of room and everything you need for our stay. Luca and Manuela met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, Luca also recommended places to visit and restaurants to eat at. We would defiantly like to return to this villa and part of Italy at some point in the future.

Summary: Right off from being greeted at the villa to leaving, every comfort was catered for with fantastic attention to detail. The villa is beautiful, with a lovely pool and great green lawned area giving plenty of space for relaxing in a nice quiet environment. On our penultimate day we were greeted with some parting gifts, traditional to the area. We needed an iron while here and one was supplied along with an ironing board. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. Luca and his Wife were so accomdating and really lovely!

Summary: We have just got home from a 7 night family stay 2 adults 2 children age 14 and 11 . The home offered everything we needed was very clean , brilliant pool and garden area and a perfect base for exploring Tuscany we visited Pisa , Florence , Lucca , Montecarlo and the town of Altopascio we found many many beautiful restaurants less than 10 minutes drive in the area and also at least 3-4 supermarkets within 5 mins drive Great family that own the villa who are always on hand if you need anything Highly recommend and I would definitely return in the future
