Summary: Nice pool and hot tub. Room was older and not as nice as the pictures on line. Most people y the pool seemed to have white robes. None in our room. No towels at the pool. Hidden resort fees ($50) at checkout plus $20 parking fee.these fees made it more expensive then other hotels in the area. Will most likely not return to this hotel.

Summary: My stay at Hôtel Bonne Entente was a mixed bag, with notable highs and lows, particularly at the restaurant. The room was spotless, cozy, and inviting, providing a comfortable retreat. However, the VIP lounge experience was marred by a malfunctioning coffee machine in the morning, which is disappointing for a supposedly exclusive service. The restaurant was a major letdown. For a simple order—an appetizer of calamari and two beef tartares—the wait exceeded two hours, which is unacceptable. Cocktails and wine glasses took an eternity to arrive, and the bill was delivered to the wrong table, further prolonging the ordeal. Despite these issues, the staff remained courteous and professional, doing their best to make up for the shortcomings with a warm attitude. Overall, while the hotel boasts an elegant setting and comfortable rooms, the restaurant service and minor hiccups like the coffee machine in the VIP lounge detract from the experience. Improvements are needed to bring the establishment up to its expected standard. 400$ for a suite, no make sense

Summary: Special mention to Éloise at the front desk who was pleasant and helpful at check-in. We didn't bother with a late checkout when we were told by another employee the next day that we would have to request it early the next morning as we were hoping to sleep in, and that employee was not even answering the phone.
