Summary: The hotel is well located and we had a big room overlooking the port. We were a bit disappointed with the poor quality of the property and an overall musty smell especially in the corridors which have no ventilation. Its overpriced for the quality. I dont recall any AC but by opening window and (rotting) skylight the draft was sufficient for September.

Summary: Lovely hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Binic port. Super accessible! Lovely staff and service. Rooms well appointed and in great condition, on the small side as to be expected in such a hotel. The views on the port are beautiful.

Summary: Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. They have two properties. One looks right over Juno beach, the other is set in about a block away, but with no ocean view. It was not a huge deal, but if you are really set on having an Ocean view, then I would contact them to ensure that you can get that and that you don't get placed in the other "Garden" hotel. I just booked online, saw all the photos of the beach, so I was a bit surprised when we were placed in the Garden Hotel. Hotel is beautiful and clean. If you are sensitive to heat, then don't take a room on the second floor with the loft - you will cook. The lofts are hot, and our girls could not sleep up there. To be honest, there is not a lot of AC in France, so just be prepared for that.
